Description

The kernel_cmd attribute is now not being used by the Xen driver nor the LibVirt? driver. The kernel_cmd from the OS attribute could be used to pass additional parameters to the booting kernel, such as ro, rw or init

The kernel_cmd should support a default value, and if not specified by the VM, nor in the default file; it must fall back on ro
